Include enough detail to help us respond

Provide your name, booking or invoice number when available, and a short description of the issue. Do not email passwords or payment-card details.

Account deletion

You can request deletion directly from Settings in the app. If you cannot access your account, follow the steps on the account deletion page.

Payment concerns

Payment is handled through Stripe-hosted invoices. Include the Shine invoice number, but never send your full card number or banking information by email.
