Shine Mobile Detailing

You can delete your account inside the app or request help if you cannot sign in.

Delete in the app

  1. Sign in to Shine Mobile Detailing.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Select Delete Account.
  4. Review the retention notice and confirm deletion.

Request deletion by email

Email shiningoperations@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account. State that you want your Shine Mobile Detailing account deleted. We will verify the request before acting. Do not send a password or payment-card information.

What is deleted or retained

Deletion removes access to your active Shine profile, saved vehicles, preferences, and booking information held in the app. Some invoice, payment, fraud-prevention, dispute, tax, and transaction records may be retained by Shining Operations or Stripe when needed for legitimate business or legal obligations. Deletion does not reverse completed payments.
