Shining Operations

Terms of Service

Effective September 11, 2026

These terms govern Shine Mobile Detailing bookings and services provided by Shining Operations in Georgia. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement.

Booking and confirmation

Submitting a request does not confirm an appointment or charge you. When Shining Operations confirms the booking, Stripe emails a 30% deposit invoice. The appointment is reserved after confirmation, and service cannot begin until the deposit is paid.

Price and payment

The displayed estimate is based on the service, vehicle class, add-ons, and eligible offer selected. The confirmed invoice shows the final approved total. Any later change that increases the price requires your approval. The 30% deposit is credited toward the total. The remaining 70% is invoiced after service is completed.

Cancellation and refunds

The 30% deposit is non-refundable once the booking is confirmed. Contact us promptly to request cancellation or rescheduling. Unpaid invoices may be voided. If Shining Operations cancels and cannot reasonably reschedule, amounts paid for unperformed service will be refunded to the original payment method. Completed services and properly earned charges are not refundable except where required by law.

Access, safety, and vehicle condition

You authorize the selected service and will provide lawful, safe access to the vehicle and work area. Tell us about existing damage, specialty finishes, hazards, or sensitive equipment. Remove valuables and personal items before service.

Weather and service limitations

Appointments may be delayed, rescheduled, or cancelled because of weather, unsafe conditions, inaccessible locations, or circumstances outside reasonable control. Detailing improves appearance and cleanliness but cannot guarantee removal of permanent stains, scratches, dents, oxidation, odors, or pre-existing damage.

Privacy and communications

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. Booking and invoice messages are transactional and may be sent even when marketing messages are disabled.

Responsibility and applicable rights

Each party remains responsible for its own acts. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited. Georgia law applies to the extent permitted, without preventing any mandatory consumer protection that applies to you.
